30-day Return Policy
At JewelsWarehouse.com, we want you to be completely satisfied and make your shopping experience exciting. We have listed the procedures for returning and exchanging any items purchased from our site. We guarantee that we inspect all our products visually, and for proper mechanical functions before we send out our products. We are pleased to offer a thirty (30) calendar days no-questions-asked return policy, Which means from the day the product was shipped to the day we receive it. It must be 30 days, This Holiday Season marks the spirit of giving, merchandise purchased between December 1 and December 24, 2007 may be returned or exchanged until January 10, 2008. Special orders will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges, unless the products have damages, or does not function property at the time of delivery. The returned items must be in new and unworn conditions. All original packaging materials such as instruction booklets, tags, warranty cards (must be blank), original box. New and unworn condition refers to no marks on the products, no wears on tags, and original packaging material. The original receipt must be presented at the time of return. We will not accept returns and exchanges that have markings and scratches to indicate any usage. Refunds and exchanges will be only done so with all the required conditions fulfilled. Every item returned is subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee minus S&H. Obtaining a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. In order to process your return as quickly as possible, it is essential that you obtain an RMA number from a customer service representative by email us customerservice@jewelswarehouse.com, by phone at 877-444-JEWELS (877-444-5393) or at 212-869-0909, or by fax at 212-869-0960. Unfortunately, packages without a return authorization number will not be acknowledged.

Return Procedure
All returned items will be fully inspected before any refund is given. You must contact us via Email/Fax/Telephone to acquire RMA (Return Merchandise Number). The RMA Number must be written on the original invoice and the shipping label. All returns and exchanges must have the RMA number; otherwise, we will not accept them. Returns must be postage prepaid via traceable carrier and insured for the full purchase price of the products. Goods damaged or lost in transit will be the responsibility of the customers, so please insure all your products.
Mailing and Insuring the Package
For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice. This includes any shipping charges. Also, make sure to send the package by registered mail, or any other package delivery system that utilizes a signature of receipt and package tracking (such as UPS or Federal Express). This is the safest way to ship valuable merchandise.

Please enclose the packing slip and print your name and address on the outside of the package in the (designated) return area. It would be helpful to write your RMA number right under your sender information so we can expedite the return.

In order to protect the package against possible theft, please do not write the words 'jewelry,' 'diamonds,' or any other terms related to the package being sent (unless required by customs and insurance, etc, where necessary). JewelsWarehouse.com will not be held responsible for mishandled or lost packages.

Condition of the Item
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Your request will be processed after our jewelers inspect and verify the condition of the item. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted. The original JewelsWarehouse.com security tag must still be on the item in order for refunds to be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the item without this tag. Personalized, customized, or engraved merchandise will NOT be accepted for return.

Include All Original Materials
Please return the item with all of the original materials. We ship all of our diamonds with independent, internationally recognized, gemological laboratory certificates. This laboratory certificate must be included in the return.

Terms of Refund
We will refund the full cost of the item. This excludes shipping, handling, and insurance costs. However, a total of 10% must be accrued from your refund to restock the item (this includes merchandise examination, repolishing, and actual restocking costs). Please note that we are able to refund ALL COSTS (including the item, shipping, handling, and insurance costs) only if the reason for return is a direct result of our error. Refunds will be made in the same tender as the original purchase. Refund payments will be awarded in the original form of payment; credit cards refunded back to same credit cards, cashier's checks by checks.

Return Time
Returns take approximately five business days to process from the day of receipt. Once we have fully processed the item, you will be notified by email (unless another contact medium is preferred).

Returning A Watch
We strongly recommend that you do not wear your watch if you intend to return it. Any wear will likely result in damage, however minute, that will prevent us from reselling the watch. Any watch that has been re-sized, scratched, or blemished will not be accepted.
Please return the watch in the original box, with all packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and instruction booklets. Any additional items included with the watch, such as gift with purchase offers, must also be returned as sent or the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returning an Item You Received as a Gift
If you would like to return an item received as a gift, please follow the same steps as above. It is especially important that the RMA number is written on the address label. It may be possible to exchange the item or receive a JewelsWarehouse.com gift certificate.

Shipping Terms
After an order is placed, JewelsWarehouse.com will send you a confirmation. Subsequently, our employees process your order and get it ready for shipment as fast as possible.

JewelsWarehouse.com has recently experienced a height orders volume. Therefore, JewelsWarehouse.com does not guarantee immediate availability of all items. However, if an item is not in our inventory, be assure that you will be informed as part of the confirmation of your order.
